This six-month practice-based program is designed to enhance the manager’s 
competence in embracing a coaching oriented style by incorporating the following critical 
design elements:
• Important preparatory work that will set them thinking
o 30 hours of live learning inputs across
o A 2-day highly experiential and feedback-intensive in-person workshop
• Two live virtual learning sessions 
o A launch and closing plenary
• Three group coaching sessions with a seasoned CFI coach to guide their 
application efforts
• Practical application of conversation skills with at least three of their employees 
over 15 hours under CFI’s guidance
• Access to tools and resources that will help sustain their practice
• The opportunity to enhance their self-awareness across behaviors, beliefs and 
values and a development plan to make it a realit
