• Diagnose performance using a structured analysis framework.
• Define feedback and apply principles of effective, behaviour-focused feedback.
• Use structured feedback models (SBI+C, DESC, SOFA, BERIISS) in workplace situations.
• Conduct productive performance conversations and handle difficult feedback scenarios.
• Practise skills through role plays and create an action plan for workplace application.
