Key Concepts: Participants work in teams to play through a simulation requiring them to make decisions for several characters leading them to navigate challenging workplace scenarios by demonstrating leadership behaviours. At the end of this session, participants will be able to: • Understand the subtle differences between different leadership tools. • Recognize and apply different tools under different situations. • Develop a practical understanding of different skill-will combinations and ways to lead them. • Appreciate the importance understanding actions that can be taken to enhance skill and will across team members.
